We make traditional Neapolitan pizza the same way they have been doing it in Italy for hundreds of years. Our oven is a wood-burning Neapolitan style oven that cooks pizza at 800-1000 degrees. We use a sourdough starter from Italy. Flour milled in MN. Artisan meats from Red Table Meat in Mpls., Organic Tomatoes, and truck loads of love. Pizza is our passion and our #1 goal is to make the best pizza you have ever had. We also create fantastic Salads, Appetizers & Main Courses for catering events.
