Since selling their first cookie in 2015 at the Minneapolis Farmer's Market, T-Rex Cookies have been coast to coast from NBC's Today Show to ABC's Shark Tank. These gigantic 1/2 pound cookies have been named #1 Cookie in the America by TimeOut Magazine and have been written up in the New York Post. These huge treats can be found at the US Bank Stadium, MN Orchestra and a number of restaurants and grocery store bakeries. 2019 was the inaugural year for the T-Rex Cookie Truck after being built through a successful Kickstarter campaign! It's truly a journey and over 150 T-Rex Cookie fans are literally on the truck, check out the stickers on the back!
